LOUISVILLE named best place for relocating families.
Among large metro areas in the US, Louisville offers the best features for relocating families, according to a recent survey by Worldwide ERC, a global association for relocation managers and Primacy Relocation, a Memphis TN based relocation services provider.
The organizations rated cities on several factors that determine the ease with which a family can move to a city and settle into a new life.
Those factors include commute times, tax rates, average home costs, the ability to qualify for instate tuition, the quality of local utilities, auto taxes, temp housing and the quality of elder care services.
Louisville topped the list of the 50 largest cities with populations of more than 500,000 people. |
